Publicity in the media
The more information people get the better. It is extremely important for the public to have enough, objective and easily accessible information in order to understand arguments in debate and also to learn about direct experiences from member countries and especially from countries like Slovakia, which has lots of in common with Montenegro what regards transition process, creating its own identity and sovereignty.
Besides this webpage, where one can find details about this project, general information about NATO, integration process, etc., there will be also other channels used to spread information among citizens within the project. This may include interviews, articles or even brochure explaining basic facts and answering frequently asked questions.
The integration into the Euro-Atlantic structures offers many opportunities and benefits, which outweigh possible disadvantages. However, the citizens should have the chance to compare them and to discuss issues they do not understand, are afraid of or are interested in.
All steps will be coordinated with other activities implemented by the government according to the communication strategy.
Publicitet u medijima

Speaking tour
The citizens, ordinary people working hard to satisfy their and their families’ needs and dreams in many cases do not have enough time to study all goals and intents of the government, but they deserve to be informed about the strategic issues that will influence the future of their country and thus their lives too. The whole country with its citizens will join the Euro-Atlantic community not only the government institutions.
The aim of the Speaking tour is to bring necessary information as close as it possible to people, to spread information beyond the capital city and also to give them opportunity to raise questions and to discuss all the issues they want regarding the integration process.
The Speaking tour is a continuation of the series of similar discussion organized by the Euro-atlantic club of Montenegro and should bring the discussion to regions. Therefore local authorities and representatives of municipalities, secondary school students, local media and broader public will have a unique chance to express their opinion, perceptions, fears and expectations. The Speaking tour will last five days May 11.-15., 2009 and speaker will visit at least 10 different towns in Montenegro.
